Wellness Package Schedule

The full Wellness Package covers 15 weeks in total. This schedule shows you what to expect during those 15 weeks.

• Initial consult: (office visit with Dr. Litwin, 30 min) History and focused physical exam, “before” photos, measurements (waist, hips, weight), baseline labs (blood drawn at laboratory station near you).
• Week 1: (home) healthReset™ detox program (6 days). 
  Includes: Detox meal replacement shake twice daily, probiotic, and magnesium citrate. This helps to eliminate toxins and prepares your body to do ProLon®. Most people lose a few pounds. 
• Week 2: (home) ProLon® 5 Day Fasting Mimicking Diet. 
  Achieves significant, rapid weight loss, and is used synergistically with SculpSure™ treatment to achieve even better results than using the treatment alone; increases metabolism.
• Week 3: (office) SculpSure™ treatment #1 – Permanent fat removal treatment.
  Then for 5 days after SculpSure™ treatment #1: use Detox support supplements/ protein shake once daily (helps eliminate any toxins released by destruction of fat cells).
• Week 4: (office) TempSure™ Firm Treatment #1 – Firms skin where fat has been treated with SculpSure™.
• Week 6: (home) ProLon® Cycle #2 – Achieves additional weight loss, used synergistically with SculpSure™ treatment to achieve even better results than using the treatment alone, increases metabolism, and speeds removal of fat cells from the treated area.
• Week 7: (office) TempSure™ Firm Treatment #2 – Firms skin where fat has been treated with SculpSure™.
• Week 9: (office) SculpSure™ Treatment #2. For 4 days after SculpSure™ treatment: Use the Detox support supplements/protein shake once daily.
